QED only sells training when we can ensure a positive outcome from the training. We don't offer seats for purchase in a public classroom because we seek to ensure a return on your investment for any training purchase. We believe our model of custom training can always yield a high return on investment because of our process. How does it work? Let us explain.
At QED, we sell custom training for corporate groups of six or more trainees. We meet with the supervisors of the trainees as well as the trainees and learn about workflows, competency levels, and current skill gaps within your organization. We design custom training curriculum and exercises to close the gap so that your organization can operate at maximum efficiency. Additionally, QED supports trainees for twelve months post training for topics covered in the training class. Meaning, we don't finish facilitation and walk out and leave you on your own. You can call us for up to a year after the training (there are some details and restrictions in the fine print, of course). Our curriculum designers are experts at developing engaging exercises that solidify concepts for each learning style.
