Think you know someone that would make a great tech? Excellent, please send them our way.
We believe great techs must have two things to be successful: excellent math skills and an attitude of service.
You might wonder what kind of math skills it takes to be successful. We wouldn’t turn down a candidate with a degree in mathematics; however, we find that if a candidate can ace our 8th-grade math test, they can usually learn all of the math required to model reserves and economics. An attitude of service is harder to quantify with a test.
Email us with your refereral's name and contact information and we can reach out to them with details about the application process.
